Like many of you, I have ignored certain signs in my life. A stop sign at 2 AM with no traffic, 10 items or less in the grocery store, only able to purchase (1) of something when you really needed (2) just to name a few.
So why do we honestly expect someone who is a criminal or someone who has criminal intent, or is mentally unstable and who is willing to take other people’s lives to obey a sign? “Gun Free” or “No weapons”. Never made too much sense to me, placing signs up like this and announcing you are not able to protect yourself, is more of an invitation to those who will do you harm. If you want to protect yourself from a mass shooting, put this sign up!
